Complaints procedure

Hans D. Krieger offers internal and external parties and interest groups the opportunity to report complaints, grievances and concerns relating to aspects related to the RJC-COP standard.

Complaints may include the following

  • Violations related to the procurement of raw materials, diamonds and precious stones
  • Disregard of human rights or illegal working conditions
  • Violations of environmental regulations
  • Bribes or bribes
  • Other violations of all types

The management of Hans D. Krieger KG is directly responsible for monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the complaint procedure. Complaints can be submitted in writing, by telephone or by e-mail to the following addresses:

We will handle incoming legitimate complaints and comments in accordance with the procedure described below.

  • Classification for internal or external violations of RJC guidelines, human rights, or environmental regulations
  • Preparation of a complaint report
  • Root cause analysis, develop possible solutions
  • Inform, listen to and work towards solutions to affected parties
  • Monitoring of measures taken
  • Informing the complainant of measures and decisions taken
  • Retention of complaints and related processes for a period of at least 5 years
