As a fourth-generation family business, we recognise our responsibility to preserve and further develop the values, traditions and expertise built up over generations. With this in mind, we consciously chose to pursue certification under the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of Practices (COP) and have been a certified member since 2021.

We consider our heritage a privilege. It has shaped who we are and remains an essential source of our identity and inspiration.

Our business practices are guided by fundamental ethical values and principles, particularly honesty, integrity and respect for human dignity.

As a manufacturer of fine diamond and coloured gemstone jewellery, we recognise our responsibility towards our employees, business partners and within our supply chains.

Respect for human rights, consideration for different cultures, customs and traditions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations are integral to our understanding of responsible business conduct.

Responsible supply chains

Our day-to-day activities are based on trust. Internally and externally. We work with suppliers with whom we maintain a long-standing, sometimes decades-long business relationship. Our suppliers undertake in writing to comply with the principles for responsiblebusiness practices set out in our Code of Conduct.

Precious metals

When selecting our precious metal suppliers, we place great importance on traceable origins and responsible sourcing. Our suppliers include certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).Some of the precious metals we use are recovered from secondary materials. Through specialised refining processes, precious metals are recovered from previously used materials and reintroduced into jewellery production.

Diamonds and coloured gemstones

Purchasing a diamond is a matter of trust. We therefore place great importance on the careful selection of our suppliers and adherence to recognised industry standards. Our diamond suppliers provide written confirmation of their compliance with the requirements of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the World Diamond Council’s System of Warranties (WDC SoW). Our coloured gemstone suppliers also commit in writing to upholding the principles of responsible business practices set out in our Code of Conduct.

Environment

As a jewellery manufacturer with our own production facilities, we place great importance on the considered use of materials and resources. We preferentially source workshop supplies and various services from businesses in our region, supporting local partnerships and the regional economy.
Within our manufacturing processes, we also take care in how materials are handled and used. Waste and hazardous substances are disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. Where technically feasible and appropriate recycling processes are available, suitable materials are sent for recycling.

Responsible Jewellery Council RJC

Responsible business practices are an integral part of our corporate governance. As a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), we are guided by internationally recognised standards for responsible business practices within the jewellery industry.

As part of our RJC certification, we review our internal processes and policies annually, assess their effectiveness and implement improvements where necessary. In addition, we undergo independent external audits at defined intervals to verify compliance with the applicable certification requirements.

Our RJC certification reflects our commitment to responsible business practices and the continuous improvement of our internal processes.
